CORREX DELTA FUNPAGE
I made this delta in 2 evenings using 1 sheet of 4mm correx, some 1/8" plywood and a piece of plastic drainpipe. Simple, tough and cheap and great fun for doing low, slow passes along the field. O.S. 32 powered.

NOTE : THERE ARE PLYWOOD PIECES TOP AND BOTTOM, DRAINPIPE AND FINS HELD ON WITH SELF TAPPERS.

THIS MODEL BUILT BY Bruce, Mt.Vernon, WA. USA

Here is the latest picture of Bruce's attempt at delta experimentation.
As you can see he has cut the elevons
in half and made a forked push-pull rod to control the two halves
simultaneously. He says it works very well. Even when he physically applys an
enormous bow to the wing, the hinge has no resistance of any kind. In
Washington they mostly fly in wind in the winter. Since he
found out this delta tends to want to bow a lot in the wind he hopes
this new mod will improve the flight habits of his very cool toy.
